OWNER & EXECUTIVE CHEF
Despite a lifelong love of all things delicious, Amy was an unlikely entrant into the food & hospitality business. A federal government employee and then IT consultant, she spent 15 years firmly ensconced in the machinery of government before deciding 15 more years of the same just wasn't in the cards.
In 2014, she founded Magnolia Catering, followed by C'est Tout Bakery in 2016, through which both retail & catering services and operations are now delivered.
Amy has long had an affinity for both great quality and great tasting food and that holds true with what you'll find when you walk through the doors thanks in part to the commitment to source as much as possible from local farmers and producers.

Tracey’s passion for creating sweet treats that are both beautiful and delicious is obvious when you see her at work in our kitchen. Her attention to detail, her exploration of flavour combinations & techniques and her commitment to quality are evident in everything she produces. Tracey is a meticulous recipe creator and tester, gifted instructor and guide to our bakers and employs an artistic approach to the presentation and finishing of our desserts.
