In this class, you'll learn the basics of making the perfect pie!

• make pie dough that creates the perfectly flaky pie crust
• learn how to dial up the flavour of your pie crust
• rolling and transferring dough to your pie tin
• tips and tricks for decorating and washing your pie crust
• you'll go home with a freshly baked pie as well as pie dough that you can freeze and use another day
• enjoy a couple of samples of our made-from-scratch pie

Please note that because class sizes are so limited, once booked, no refunds are available. You are welcome to send someone in your place or receive a credit for use for a future class provided we receive notice at least one week in advance.

If cancellation is made less than one week from the date of the class, no credit will be provided.
