Sourdough Bread Making

Join us for this introduction to sourdough bread baking -  the most delicious of winter hobbies!

Here's what your class includes:

• a sourdough starter for you to take home with you
• detailed instructions for keeping your sourdough baby alive (it's easier than you think!)
• hands-on instruction to make your own loaf to take home and bake
• an already baked loaf to take home with you
• a lame to take home for your home baking 

Please note that because class sizes are so limited, once booked, no refunds are available. You are welcome to send someone in your place or receive a credit for use for a future class provided we receive notice at least one week in advance.

If cancellation is made less than one week from the date of the class, no credit will be provided.
